Each winter over 20,000 grey whales will swim south along the West Coast of the USA, making their way to Baja California, a great grey whale-watching destination for guests from around the world. This is an extraordinary number that is magnified due to the small size of the lagoons in which thousands of the grey whales breed and give birth. There are terrific opportunities for witnessing grey whales in Baja, appearing near your boat. Thus making it easy to just have your boats literally sit on the water, engines off, and enjoy the view. In fact, apart from being in the boat, our safari style camp on the shore in Baja California Sur, MX can give you a grey whale watching view as you can see them breaching from the camp.
Where will I be staying?
Our grey whale camp in Baja is safari style for our tour guests. We put our guests right out there in the beautiful natural surroundings of Baja. We are on the shore of the largest gray whale nursery lagoon.
